1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Ahithra reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or other payment gateways available at checkout.

Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are available for purchase before their official release.

Full payment is taken at the time of pre-order.

Estimated delivery dates are provided on the product page.

Pre-orders may be cancelled up to 7 days before the estimated dispatch date; refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Ahithra is not responsible for delays once the product has been dispatched.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the courier accepts the parcel.

5. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable.

To request a refund, customers must contact info@ahithra.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ahithra website, including images, designs, text, and logos, is the property of Ahithra.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ahithra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchased products.

Our liability for any claim relating to products purchased is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
