How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to pack orders the same day they are received, but during our busy periods this may not be possible. Orders are usually dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being made (excluding items that are listed as “pre-order”). 

You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been dispatched along with the tracking information.


What are your shipping options for UK orders?

Standard Shipping (Royal Mail Signed For 48 Hour): £5.99 (3-5 working days)
24-Hour Shipping (Royal Mail Signed For 24 Hour): £7.99 (orders placed before 1pm)*

*Please note this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail and occasionally delays can be incurred.

What about international orders?

We ship our sarees from the UK to EU countries. You can select your country at checkout where you can see our EU shipping rates. Please note that custom fees, import duties, or VAT may apply and are collected by your local postal service upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Dispatch Times

The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Please note, working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

To qualify for 24-Hour Royal Mail Delivery, your order must be placed before the cut-off of 1pm BST Monday-Friday. All orders placed after the 1pm cut-off will be shipped the following working day. 

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. 

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we rely on third-party carriers, such as Royal Mail to fulfill this service.

Delays

In the event of a delivery delay due to circumstances beyond our control, please notify us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. Please understand that we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.
